Concertina and Guitar (Concertina Vegitara) - The songs of Sasha Argov

Sasha Argov brought a different flavor to the range of newly emerging Israeli music.  On the one hand – his style was European, sophisticated, full of humor, subtle and smart.  On the other, his songs were very human, written with lyrical sensitivity. Argov wrote over a thousand songs and it is difficult to describe the world of Israeli music without songs like Just like That (Kacha Stam), Yossi, My Brilliant Kid (Yossi Yeled Sheli Mutzlach), The Neighborhood Song (Shir Hash’chuna) or Dina Barzilai.

Among the songs that will be performed at the concert under the baton of Eldad Shrem and with singers Eli Gorenstein, Chani Dinur, Ella Tadmor and Yuval Bilgorai: Night in the South (Lailah Badarom), Towards Evening (Lifnot Erev), Dina Barzilai, Lonely Light (Panas Boded), Harmonica Singer (Zamar Mapuchit), Yossi, My Brilliant Kid (Yossi Yeled Sheli Mutzlach), Guard Duty Song (Shir Mishmar), Concertina and Guitar (Concertina Vegitara), This Not for me (Ze Lo Bishvili) and more.
