Kedusha - The JSO hosts the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra

A treasure trove from ancient Jewish culture — works originating from Jewish communities in the 17th and 18th centuries in Europe. These include music from the musical ceremony for “Hoshanah Rabbah” from Casale Monferrato, Italy; and “Canticum Hebraicum” by L. Saladin from France; alongside arrangements and compositions based on melodies inscribed in notebooks of cantors (hazzanim) from synagogues in Amsterdam and Berlin.

The Hallelujah Festival takes place thanks to the encouragement and support of the Matanel Foundation
