Ron Silberstein

Ron Silberstein, Tenor.
Born 1990, Ron is a graduate of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and the academy’s program with the “Meitar Opera Studio” of the Israeli Opera, where he was a student in the classes of Mrs. Efrat Ben-Nun, Mr. Jeffrey francis and Dr. Ido Ariel. Preforms regularly as a soloist with prominent Israeli orchestras such as The Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, The Israeli Chamber Orchestra, The Haifa Symphony Orchestra, The Tel-Aviv Soloists Ensemble and others, and also with some international ones including the Hastings Philharmonic and Ensemble OrQuestra from London. Among his operatic repertoire are roles such as Tamino in Die Zauberflöte (Mozart), Idamante in Idomeneo (Mozart), Aeneas in Dido & Aeneas (Purcell), Oronte in Alcina (Händel), Goro in Madama Butterfly (Puccini) and others.
Ron is a laureate of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship for the years 2012-2019.
