The Beatles meet a symphony orchestra in a concert with conductor Roni Porat,  singers Alma Gov and Yuval Gov, and with Oded Tamsut and The Band, as well as the 1st mvt. from Mendelssohn‘s Violin Concerto No. 2, and Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso by Saint-Saëns (arr. for saxophone) – with soloists Anna Abitbol and Ofek Barda.

 

 

What was the secret of magic of The Beatles, the most successful band in history? How did they combine classic tradition with the energies of rock and roll?
