Dear subscriber! The following is the procedure for canceling and exchanging tickets, please read the procedures carefully to avoid misunderstandings:

• Unused credits from the 2023-2024 season are valid only until the end of December 2024
• Tickets may be canceled by phone up until the day of the concert at 13:00
• Refund for ticket cancellation up to 48 hours from the time of purchase
• You may exchange one subscription ticket for a performance at the Jerusalem Theater (details at the box office)
