He has played with all Israeli leading orchestras, including The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, and recorded for the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (\u201cThe Voice of Music\u201d), for the Radio Television Hong-Kong as well as for the well-known label \u201cNaxos\u201d.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Among his prizes are: 1st prize in the \u201cM. Clairmont Competition\u201d (2018), 1st prize and \u201cThe Best Performance of an Israeli Composition Prize\u201d in the \u201cVoice of Music Young Artist Competition\u201d (Israel 2018), 1st prize and Audience Favorite prize in \u201cThe 13th International MozARTe Competition\u201d (Germany, 2017), 1st prize in \u201cPiano Forever Competition\u201d (Israel 2012 &amp; 2016), 1st prize in \u201cPnina Salzman Competition\u201d (2015) and 1st prize in \u201cThe Israel Chopin Piano Competition\u201d (2011), 5<sup>th<\/sup> prize in \u201cAgostino Depretis\u201d competition (Italy, 2019) and more.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1<\/span><br \/>\nAlmog has played with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra (Israel), Kiev Virtuosi Orchestra (Ukraine), Aachen Sinfoniker (Germany), the Hong-Kong Academy Chamber Orchestra (Hong-Kong), Israel Symphony Orchestra, Israel Chamber Orchestra, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Israel Netanya-Kibutz Orchestra, Raanana Symphonette Orchestra, Ashdod Symphony Orchestra, Haifa Symphony Orchestra and\u00a0Tel-Aviv Soloists Orchestra. He has worked with conductors such as: Alexander H\u00fclshoff, Dmitry Yablonskyi, Yi-An Xu, Sharon Andrea Choa, Uri Segal, Vag Papian, Yaron Gottfried, Barak Tal and more.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1<\/span><br \/>\nSome of the festivals in which Almog has appeared are \u201cAspen Music Festival\u201d, \u201cMiami International Piano Festival Academy\u201d, \u201cPYPA\u201d, \u201cAppel-Hill Festival\u201d (USA), Gulangyu Israeli Musicians Week\u201d (China), \u201cGabala International Music Festival\u201d (Azerbaijan), \u201cOrpheo\u201d (Netherlands), \u201cMusicfest Perugia\u201d (Italy), \u201cIsrael Festival\u201d, \u201cFelicja Blumental International Music Festival\u201d (Israel), \u201cMusica Mundi\u201d (Belgium), \u201cLiszt Biennale\u201d (Germany), and many more in Great Britain, France, Austria, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Hong-Kong etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1<\/span><br \/>\nIn 2014 Almog was invited by the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition to be a jury member at the competition in frame of their young jury project. In 2015 he joined \u201cMultipiano\u201d \u2013 an international ensemble of 4 pianists, together they have performed in many recitals in 4 continents and lately recorded together with the Royal Symphony Orchestra concertos for 2-4 pianists for \u201cNaxos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1<\/span><br \/>\nAlmog started playing the piano at the age of 11. For 8 years he was taught by Luisa Yoffe, before his bachelor studies in the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, where he studied until 2018 with professor Tomer Lev. Today he is a student\u00a0of the Hungarian pianist Balazs Szokolay in the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik Franz Liszt, Weimar. During the past years, Almog has played in masterclasses with famous international artists such as Murray Perahia, Yuja Wang and Cristoph Eschenbach.
