Among its customers at the time was the Andalusian Israeli Orchestra Ashdod, where he embarked on his personal cultural journey while taking charge of the orchestra\u2019s marketing\/info systems \u2013 which resulted in the orchestra being awarded the Israel Prize in 2006.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In 2007 he became CEO of the Ashdod Orchestra, and in 2009, after the orchestra\u2019s management decided to terminate the contracts of the entire staff as well as of all its musicians, he founded, together with a group of musicians and employees, The Ashkelon Andalusian Orchestra, later known as the Jerusalem East-West Orchestra, leading the orchestra from no budget at all to a budget of 11 million Shekels as CEO of the orchestra, he later retired at the end of 2019.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In 2020 Ofer was appointed CEO of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, working according to his vision in which the JSO represents the perfect mosaic of Jerusalem&#8217;s culture and music.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Between technology and culture, he is also a member of the academic staff at the Ashkelon College Academy (in the fields of computer uses\/statistics\/ E-trade\u2026)<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Has an B.A. from the College of Management Academic Studies and an EMBA from the Bar-Ilan University.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-size: revert;\">1<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ofer Amsalem . 1 .
